friendly staff excellent breakfast helpful recommendations central desk inefficient air conditioning wi-fi access
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. The breakfast choices were excellent and included in the room rate. I also appreciated the help with recommendations for tours.
There was NO concierge or central desk upon arrival. The air conditioning in my room was inefficient. I found the wi-fi access to be an issue. It did not work in the room itself.

inefficient air conditioning opaque pool
the air conditioning in my room wasnt great. it struggled to cool down the space and it got stuffy. breakfast inside reminded me of a sauna because it opens straight into the garden with only ceiling fans moving air. the opaque color of the pool water also made me hesitant to use it.

the pool area was really beautiful. the facilities included a great swimming spot. i thought the food was very good (i especially loved the seafood).

The team provided excellent care. they were attentive to every detail. the gardens presented beautiful greenery. i especially loved the suite with a separate sleeping area. It provided ample space.
the air conditioning unit was old. it struggled to cool the room effectively.

prompt laundry service late check-out friendly staff
the staff were friendly. i had prompt laundry service on short notice. they also allowed a late check-out since my flight departed late (that was helpful).
The in-room wi-fi signal was weak. I had to go to the landings to use it.
